Principal Report:

Donna Hope reports there was a practice code red drill, police officers came to observe. Los Gatos High School currently does not practice such drills, and the Los Gatos police were also present and would like to implement the code red at Los Gatos High. Donna also talked about how we now have 2 circle drop off areas on campus. This is working out well. On collaboration days Leigh is having paid consultants to take a look at the teacher's lesson plans and offer advice.

Student Body Report:

Amanda reported that the blood drive had over 86 donations. The homecoming theme this year is "7 Deadly Sins".

Teacher Rep:

John Mote reports Thank you hospitality for the teacher treats in the teacher room on 10/21/09. Very much appreciated by all teachers. There was a code red drill this week. John also reported how much a safe drop off is necessary for safety before and after school. He would like to see a program or channel to help out families with the loss of loved ones, homeless, and loss of jobs etc.
